As part of the Windows 11 migration project, you will support the smooth enrollment of

devices and act as a key point of coordination between IT and end-users. You’ll be part of a

dynamic, hands-on team driving the upgrade effort across different sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enroll and configure devices for Windows 11 in accordance with project guidelines

- Serve as a liaison between end-users and the technical project team

- Provide first-line support and guidance during device transition

- Coordinate logistics and user scheduling for device handovers and support

- Document key findings and feedback from onsite rollouts

Requirements:

- Willingness to work onsite in Schiedam and to travel to other European sites as

needed

- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-friendly approach

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and device configuration

- Pre: Experience with migrating devices to a new operating system (e.g., Windows 10 -> Windows 11)
