For the Salesforce domain, we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer who enjoys working on operational tasks, analyzing problems, and making targeted recommendations to elevate the platform to a higher level. As a Salesforce Developer, you are the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and a permanent member of the team, mainly focused on Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot. We offer a challenging environment with a lot of autonomy in the team.

As a Salesforce Developer, you are responsible for:

• Both Sales Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot (with a migration to Marketing Cloud Advanced on the horizon);
• Help stakeholders with various types of requests and providing recommendations to face challenges at the source instead of applying temporary fixes;
• Supporting team members in daily operations, conducting peer reviews, and performing initial analysis on more complex problems;
• Operational Support & Bottleneck Analysis
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to log, categorize, and prioritize incoming requests using a structured ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Conduct regular analysis of requests to identify and document bottlenecks and recurring issues, using root cause analysis and trend reporting.
• Prepare and share actionable reports or dashboards with the development team, ensuring that issues are clearly described and prioritized for permanent resolution.
• Attend regular review meetings with developers to discuss progress on resolving bottlenecks and to refine processes as needed.
• Follow up on implemented solutions to assess their effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with Developers
• Work closely with the development team by proactively surfacing operational challenges, supported by clear documentation and relevant data.
• Communicate actionable information through structured reports, regular sync meetings, and shared documentation platforms.
• Tracking the progress of reported issues and updating the team on resolutions and process improvements.

What we expect from you:
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar position;
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer certification, and knowledge of Account

• Engagement/Pardot is nice to have;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Experience serving various business stakeholders;
• Analytical skills for analyzing functional requirements, identifying possible obstacles, and proposing alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Social skills for collaboration and coordination with other teams and departments.
