About the Role

As an IT Infrastructure Projects Leader, you will be responsible for driving and delivering technical projects within our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery

• Lead IT infrastructure projects following established methodologies.
• Ensure clear communication and transparency with all stakeholders.
• Manage formal handover of projects to operational teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and IT teams.
• Collaborate with OpCo Heads of IT and Regional IT Directors to ensure successful project execution.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements in reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to future roadmaps and value-driven solutions.

Team Leadership

• Identify required skills and secure resources for project delivery.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Provide feedback to line managers at project closure.

Process & Governance

• Prepare project documentation in line with the project framework.
• Take full accountability for end-to-end project management and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.

Experience:

IT leadership in multinational and matrix organizations.

Logistics industry experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and market trends.

Skills:

• Project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement techniques.
