For our client in the surroundings of Amsterdam we are looking for a Project Manager (Risk & Control)

A risk assessment has been completed on the IT applications. Based on the outcome of this assessment IT controls need to be put in place for a selected group of applications. Since these controls are scattered over several platforms and we run into resource constraints we started a project to get these controls place. The assignment is to assure all controls are in place and executed according plan.

The professional needs to collaborate with risk&control and the various platforms to assure:
a) a plan in place showing how to approach the implementation of these controls, with timelines that meets the desired timelines.
b) steer the implementation of the plan
c) Create transparency on progress
d) create monthly reports for ITLT
e) Define a process to maintian the controls

For this the the project manager will need to:
1) set up a plan together with the platform contacts
2) have workshops to define what needs to be done to implement the controls and to assure that these will be part of normal operations.
3) have regular meetings to discuss progress and discuss impediments
4) escalate if needed
5) Have an overview of controls that are exempted with approval archived.
6) report out on progress and issues
7) alignment with management, R&C and other parties needed

As a result we will have the controls in place and embedded in the regular operations to assure we have a secure environment. In case controls are exempted approval is archived.

The delivery date will be part of the plan but the aim is to have the controls in place by the end of 2023. The assignment will be completed if all controls are in place and the process to maintain the controls is also in place.

If needed the assignment can be extended possibly till end of 2023 or even longer.
