For our client in the surroundings of Amsterdam we are looking for a Consultant HR/IT & Data Management (SuccessFactors)

For our HR/IT & Data Management team within European Business Services HR, we are looking for an additional colleague to support our European core HR administration systems.
The HR/IT & Data Management team is part of European Business Services HR. The team is focused on the European activities. You will execute your activities across Europe and be in contact with local HR BPI (Business Process Improvement) teams and other expertise teams throughout our client.
The Manager HR/IT & Data Management is based in our office in Zaandam. The HR/IT & Data management Consultants and Specialist are located in our EU offices.

Job description
As a Consultant you are focused on the core HR administration systems, you will be responsible for making sure that these systems are working to the highest standards, that managers and HR professionals are being provided the best possible tools to support day to day operations. Next to that you will coordinate the development of these systems based on requirements set by the business, law and policies or other. By advising on solutions, mitigating risks and aligning with stakeholders.

With your expertise and skills, you make an impact by:
• Analyzing and translating the requirements into technical specifications
• Exploring, analyzing, preparing and implementing solutions
• Supporting the remediation of data-driven issues
• Keeping an eye open for process improvements; system-wise or in our way-of-working.
• Optimizing data management within and between HR applications
Acting as a source of information, handling calls to the business for questions, ambiguities, etc.

Requirements
At our client, you will be working for one of the biggest retailers in the world. You are bursting with ambition to keep up with us. And specifically, for this position as HR/IT & Data management Consultant, you supplement these skills with:
• Bachelor s degree or better in IT, HR or related field is strongly preferred
• Professional 3-5 years experience in IT, HR/IT and/or operations
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Analytical skills, process minded, logical insights and ability to think creatively.
• Effective project management skills (planning, time management, working with deliverables)
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• A fluency in English (both written and verbally); other relevant languages are considered an advantage.
