For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Business / Product Analyst (customer journey).

We are constantly improving our user experience and journeys in the App. To support this you will be working in a highly skilled team of developers and designers focused on getting our customers the best experience and the best recommendations to improve their financial life. As a Business/ Product Analyst you will be looking into the user behaviours, tracking the performance of features and developing concepts from idea to successful implementation. Together with the Product Owner you will be responsible for gathering requirements for the features from the stakeholders, work alongside the UX designer to prepare designs and finally together with developers refine and build the stories. Your cooperation with Product Owner will be needed in order to make sure that new features and journeys are built smoothly end to end. You will also analyse and monitor these features after they are released in order to find improvements and propose changes.

A successful candidate has great communication skills, self-starter and pro-active attitude and is hands-on in order to define implementation details together with the developers. Good analytical skills are a must in order to help us bring value to our users!

Available immediately and flexible to work on 6 month project with potential for renewal
Bsc/ Msc in Business / Marketing / Computer science / Information technology
2-4 years of experience in similar role
Experience in concepting, designing and validating users solutions and customer journeys
Experience with customer analytic tools (Webtrekk)
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team that works Agile / Scrum in a fast-paced environment
Analytically strong / hands-on / can-do attitude, and is a keen and fast learner who is willing to go the extra mile
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), second EU language is desirable
Desirable: experience in working with legal, compliance and /or risk
Desirable: experience in experimenting, quick validation and A-B testing of solutions
