For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for Contract & Service Manager (Risk, Financial management)

To support all business lines in over 40 countries around the world in these bold ambitions, the client is building global services which can be used by all business lines in these countries.
Within our Tribe Digital, Assisted channels & Customer Interactions we are responsible for building, maintaining and operating 4 important global services:
• OneApp: the clients mobile App foundation
• OneWeb: the clients web foundation
• IRIS: the clients global employee portal
• CC 2.0: the clients Customer Communication services
As a global service provider with already more than 10 service receivers (countries), and still growing, we need to professionalize our contract and service management.

The Contract and Service Manager has a couple of main focus areas:
• Contract management
• Service management
• Risk Management
• Financial Management

As Contract and Service Manager you will be responsible for:
• Communication and (service) reporting towards our (internal) service receivers;
• Organize service review meetings with the clients internal service receivers;
• Organize service review meetings with internal and external supcontractors
• Contract management (operational & tooling)
• Supporting the overall governance of the contract;
• Risk management and compliance;
• Support Financial management (forecasting, charging, linking pin)

Your education and background
• At least Bachelor s degree, you have a strong affinity with Contract and Service Management (strong with processes, communicative & customer oriented)
• Good understanding, written and verbal in English
