Bij de eindklant is een onderzoek gestart naar het digitaliseren van formulieren(stromen) bij twee afdelingen.
De formulieren zijn afkomstig uit het informatiesysteem IBIS en worden meestal geprint en vervolgens handmatig ondertekend, gescand, verstuurd en uiteindelijk gearchiveerd. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van het document management systeem CORSA.
IBIS is al jaren de Progress maatwerkapplicatie waarmee de eindklant haar core business automatiseert.
